Jersey Mike’s Warren, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at this Warren location. During a recent visit, a female employee working at 6:42pm addressed me as “Moreno” & “Negrito” in Spanish. While some may view this as a casual or colloquial term, it was inappropriate, racist, and made me feel uncomfortable and singled out based on my appearance. Not celiac safe even after being told that it was. Employees did not seem to have proper training on cross contamination and did not use the separate station to assemble the sandwich. Have been to many other locations that adhere to these protocols but was unable to eat here.
On-line order, ready when I got there, family very happy 😊
