Visited the Augusta Rd establishment and purchased 2 subs and a salad on 8/8/25. What a horrible experience. A person at the cash register named Ky was rude, disrespectful and a poor representation of a Jersey Mike’s employee. He was mad about having to help make my salad. He displayed anger in his tone, refused to give me what I asked for on my salad and was very mouthy and down right displayed anger on his face. Love this establishment as well as the food. If the bag isn't greasy it isn't a REAL CHEESESTEAK Ive had issues with extras not being added after being charged as well as peppers being out on my sandwich after I stated I was allergic to jalapeños

Philly cheeseteak is delicious ! Made fresh before your eyes. Good and hot. This August road location is one of my new favorite places to eat! You'll love it!
