We love Jersey Mike's when this location gets the order right. 2 times in a month our order hasn't been right. We asked for extra meat and clearly there wasn't. The shift lead on the 1st mishap made good by remaking them another night for us, free of charge. I was able to call and speak to him. With this current situation, I wasn't able to call as their phone was down or something. I came into the store with our subs and asked for a remake. We're regulars, at least twice a week, sometimes 3 or 4 times. Friendly staff that knows us and provides excellent service!
Wish it wasn't so expensive but the staff and food are great. I really appreciate the consistency of the food and service
We ordered three subs, and they were delicious. The only mishap was a cold sub order that wasn't toasted as requested.
