9/11/2025 Update: I have still been going and I can say that the review below is now null and void as I have seen positive changes in the service category! Service was rated 1 star and I will move it to 4 stars. I’ve noticed the service at Jersey Mike’s Moorpark has been inconsistent over the last 2 to 3 months and I go about once a week not always on the same day. When it comes to having a sandwich, Jersey Mike’s is my go to place. The sandwiches are always exceptional and the staff is always pleasant and welcome you into the store. An incident happened today. I bought a chicken salad sandwich (regular) and paid cash, but I forgot to give my phone number so I could get the points. I discovered this when I got home. I called the store and spoke to Ezra.
