The customer service was very nice and helpful. The guy with the dreads had been very patient with me. Honestly I don’t understand the reasoning on the reviews on here cause I had no problems with him. Over all he was very professional and only did his job for the couple of minutes I was there. I honestly don’t think he would had an “attitude” for no reason, in my opinion.
Today I decided to get go out to get something to eat after a couple of weeks of staying home. I walked in and was greeted with a warm welcome from a nice lady and nice guy. Every time I come here every once in a while it’s always with someone who has positive energy, I have yet to have a problem in this environment.
Ordered an Italian sandwich with no ham. The sandwich was almost entirely ham. All tables had crumbs. Sandwich was fresh.
The customer service here is awful. My mom and I ordered two sandwiches. There were two young boys behind the counter. Once my mom was finished ordering, I proceeded to tell them my order, which was a Ham & Provolone on gluten-free bread. One of the guys with dreads asked if it was an allergy, and I said yes (I have celiac disease). He proceeded to have an attitude, rolled his eyes, and smirked at the other guy.
