Ordered a couple sandwiches and a sub in a tub today. I believe Kayla and Kyra made them. I haven't had much luck with other Jersey Mikes restaurants on a good sub in a tub because it's either too little sauce or the meat is not cut right. I could just be really hungry but this was the best one I have had. The meat was perfectly cut and everything was balanced well with toppings. My kids sandwiches were just how I wanted them as well. Absolutely terrible experience!! They can’t follow simple instructions I eat here every day and they still manage to screw up my order.
Food is great! Customer service could use some work. Been twice in the last two weeks and the same girl slicing the meat has a major attitude/chip on her shoulder. Not sure if she just hates her job or what but her customer service skills really need some work. She is the reason I won’t be returning.
IDK WHATS going on at this place!!! I called and asked if they were open, a woman answered and said No. I drove by and the lights were on, the OPEN sign was lit up, and people were in there.. 🤷♂️
