Paid for a giant, got a regular. It was not made correctly, items left out. Got a refund, I paid for the regular instead. This is the second time they just totally missed the mark. They just flat out don't pay attention, and don't really show mastery of the craft. I was unable to get what I ordered consistently. I never have these issues at other Jersey Mike's, so I will just conclude it is the demographic, and what comes with such. The absolute sweetest and most accommodating staff! Every employee is just so kind, and it’s so appreciated! Never have any issues with orders. Honestly, I typically order from this location via DoorDash and call to make modifications and they are just so, so sweet. Shoutout to this team!!
A little strange they would not tell you when you have enough points for a free sandwich only let you know after you have paid and you have asked. Disappointing as Jimmy John's always lets you know.
