The absolute worst customer service I've ever had. I ordered my sub extra grilled. They didn't call and ask to make sure I didn't want it toasted, they wrote on the bag and said their grill would incinerate the sub so they didn't do it. I order it extra because the grill takes a while to heat it all the way through. I called asking for a refund and the lady was immediately confrontational and aggressive. She said she was the owner and it's the franchises choice to do what they want and if I want a grilled sub I can get a pan... read more
Awful! This is the slowest sandwich shop on the planet. Sometimes you don't ever get your food. Terrible system when trying to pick up your food. I won't be back!
