Everyone here is so nice! The service is amazing and I will continue to come back. These employees deserve more respect.
I walked in for my lunch I was not greeted by anyone and they didn’t even bother on taking my order horrible place will not be coming back
Jose was very rude and unprofessional this is the second time I had him as a server and he was very rude, I don’t know if he was having a bad day but that’s still no excuse! if he does not want to be there he should quit.
The guy with the long hair was very rude! He was getting frustrated and making sarcasm comments. Clearly he is unhappy where he works. You need to replace him with someone who is willing to provide exceptional service because we did not get that at all with him.
1. They say they take orders over the phone but I tried calling twice and no one picked up (or picked up and hung up)....walked into the store, it was empty and all the employees were chatting in the back. 2. Asked for a foot long (my bad, assumed same as subway). Didn't ask me what kind of bread I wanted and didn't tell me that their options are 7" or 15" (no foot longs)...so they assumed I wanted a 15" sandwich on white bread (nope)...sticker shock, $20 for a cold sandwich.
