I came on my lunch and I can understand busy but, there isn’t a system in place for to go orders and people who are in line as I waited on my lunch break I spent 30 mins sitting on the side as I watched everyone get there sandwich even people walking in I can understand mine was a hot sandwich but, 30 mins then when I tell the guy hey I only have 10 mins on my lunch he says we’re making it now which I cannot understand if he wrote it down how I fell through the cracks. Can’t get over the prices for a sandwich. The quality does not justify!
They took the California Chicken Cheesesteak off the menu (for delivery) and cut back on their customization options for delivery. Would be a returning customer in a heartbeat if they rectified this. Will be taking my online business elsewhere until then.
