I think coming here for years and every time I come is a wonderful experience we treat you like part of the family. I love that they remember things that I don’t like and things that I like I can summarize it in one word it will be amazing.
Good place for hoagies
Arrived for my pickup order no one greeted or annotated me standing there. Order was not ready when arrived. The woman making the sandwiches completely ignored and wouldn’t even look at me. She catered another customer that arrived after me and was yelling at her co worker when from the looks of it he was doing his job efficiently. She was very unprofessional in front of customers. Visit was 1/27 at 1:45pm.
I come here every once in a while and not once have I had an experience like this one. I usually have a pleasant experience but this time was the complete opposite. I came in and had to wait a little longer than usually but that was expected because they seemed pretty slammed with orders. I also think the added stress from one of the there fellow coworkers was not helpful. What I saw today was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
