Amazing staff
Sure they give out free subs for your birthday. They advertise it everywhere. But you've got to jump through a bunch of hoops to get it, and if you do that you have to hope points are then added to your account. They weren't in my case, despite jumping through the hoops. How much would it have cost them to just make the sandwich. Instead, they set the tone for the rest of the day and convinced someone to never return.
I ordered hoagies. The hoagies had so much (oil) It was coming though the bag. The hoagies was falling apart the bread already split apart. The sandwich was so wet. The hoagie was back sliding off my plate
Subs are on point and the staff is super friendly. Shout out to Carmen who is very nice and made us feel super welcome!
Just left with my lunch, ordered the #8 (club) main ingredient on a club sandwich is bacon, left store with my sandwich with no bacon. Last time i ordered same said #8 they asked if i wanted bacon. It is one of the main ingredients... def bummed
