Great subs, my favorite. Often though, it's the person there that can make it really good or make it great. Nice ambiance & people seem to like their jobs. Stop by any chance I get & it's not too local to me.....
I think it is absolutely disgusting, unacceptable and verbally abusive the way the manager (I think? Short, thicker younger woman with blond hair) talks to and treats the employees of the downtown location. Any time we come in she is very loudly pubically shaming, embarrassing and degrading at least one of her employees. I’m honestly surprised the turn over rate at that store isn’t higher.
