Great customer service and fast.
I visited the downtown salt lake city Jersey Mike’s and was appalled by the behavior of the manager, Trista. In full view of customers, she harshly criticized an employee. The entire store felt tense and uncomfortable, and it was upsetting to watch an employee be treated so disrespectfully. This type of leadership is unacceptable and creates a toxic environment for both staff and customers.
