Was a regular but think last night was the last straw. Where is the manager? This location is horrible now. No one is trained, no one cares about the cleanliness, food safety, helping customers in a timely manner, etc. So sad because i love jersey mikes and it is one of my few safe foods. The carelessness ive seen at this location makes me so angry and makes everyones accounts of upset stomachs make sense as it happened to me (and ive seen many food safety violations). I can't give any stars for the food or service because I didn't eat. I spent half of my entire lunch waiting in line. They had atleast 6 people working but the line moved at the speed of a snail. I am sure they make great sandwiches I just wish there was a sense of urgency. I was hardly the only one upset in line. I ended up leaving as I had to go back to work.
Staff is very friendly! But I ended up with a very upset stomach after eating here last week. Please be cautious, I’m currently still dealing with it.
