I had a horrible experience. I went on March 22nd 2026 at around 5:30-40pm and the service was horrible. I asked the employee for their name and he told me it was Jayren which i don't know if that's true. He was rude and was vaping where he thought customers couldn't see him. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by making my sandwich. My family ordered on 1/4/2026 @ 6:40 p.m. through the app a giant/regular sub to be picked up via drive thru, both with special instructions for bacon to be added on both, however on the Italian #13; bacon doesn’t come on, so the addition was specific for this sub in regards to the instructions. The club sub #8 has bacon listed as a standard ingredient, but was also added to the instructions just in case.
