I had a horrible experience. I went on March 22nd 2026 at around 5:30-40pm and the service was horrible. I asked the employee for their name and he told me it was Jayren which i don't know if that's true. He was rude and was vaping where he thought customers couldn't see him. He acted like I was inconveniencing him by making my sandwich. My family ordered on 1/4/2026 @ 6:40 p.m. through the app a giant/regular sub to be picked up via drive thru, both with special instructions for bacon to be added on both, however on the Italian #13; bacon doesn’t come on, so the addition was specific for this sub in regards to the instructions. The club sub #8 has bacon listed as a standard ingredient, but was also added to the instructions just in case. The 2 guys that were working Friday morning were awesome and should be recognized. Very polite, quick and good at their jobs. Very professional. Clean restaurant. Delicious sub. Gotta do something about those prices but that's everywhere.
- my sandwiches all have piles of onions on them -4 to 5x what is normal - bread only cut halfway through - items missing from take out order - they had it ready when i got there, but clearly it was slapped together haphazardly never had these issues with this place before - new management or something?
