I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this has happened far too many times to ignore. Every time I come in to order a gluten-free sandwich, they ask if it’s preference or allergy and I clearly let the staff know it’s because of a gluten allergy. As soon as I mention it’s an allergy, the attitude changes. I’ve been met with eye rolls, obvious annoyance, and made to feel like I’m inconveniencing the employees because they have to wipe everything down and follow the proper procedures.
