We have been going to this JM for over 3yrs and the service has been declining slowly. My wife's visit yesterday 10/05/25 about 6pm was THE WORST. after a long day and kid activities they stopped by to grab a yummy sandwich. The store was empty (no guests) so she was glad to be able to go in and out. Me and my husband stop in here after church every now and then. The folks working are always so friendly, which I really appreciate. The food’s good, especially for a quick place like this. Prices are a little on the higher side, but the nice service makes up for it. The young gal who slices does a great job, and the one at the register is always real sweet. They are always sweet to my husband when he cannot figure out how to use his credit card.
Usually this place is good, but today our order was just bad. The tuna sandwich was soggy despite being picked up within 15 minutes of the online order and it tasted bland, too. The flavor wasn't even worth the calories. Also sick of tipping on the app and getting sub-par sandwiches. If you ask for a tip before your customer tries the food, you better be sure it's spot on. Shame on me for having more faith in the kids sitting around behind the counter.
