Shelby was a beautiful personality. You guys have the right person in front. She is a lovely person the food was amazing , everyone was so sweet and patient and understanding.

I dont know what all these people complain about when is comes to a sandwich. I have never had a problem with the staff here. It is very frustrating to see how first hand how ugly customers are and how poorly and verbally harassing they are when a mistake is made by an employee. Shit happens its not the end of the world. I will always come back to this location with my family and my friends.
I placed an online order today. I arrived at the time my very simple order of two sandwiches was supposed to be done. When I walked in, they were busy and my order wasn’t ready. Totally fine. I let them know my name once they asked and I had a seat, prepared to wait. After half an hour of waiting in the store, another person with an online order came in to pick up. I waited in the lobby for exactly one hour for my online order, which consisted of seven subs. I understand it was a large order and the staff was limited to four people, but an hour-long wait for fast food is excessive. What’s more concerning is the lack of organization. Orders for customers who hadn’t even arrived were being prioritized, while those of us physically waiting were overlooked. They continued accepting walk-in orders without addressing the backlog of online orders, which only added to the delay and confusion.
