Good sandwich place
We mainly order through the app and my husband picks up the order. Today, we stopped by and it was my first time inside, the store was clean and employees were very friendly. Also, I tried watermelon tea for the first time, it's delicious!
This place really hurts. If the lady who helped us hadn't been there, id give it a zero. The young man who finished our sandwiches was new. But he couldn't work the cash register, and couldn't even take cash. . I suppose they don't train them anyway. But the kid wouldn't listen to me when I tried to tell him what I wanted on the sandwich. .

I visited Jersey Mike’s Subs today and experienced what can only be described as a complete breakdown of customer service, professionalism, and basic operational competence.
