The Jersey mikes on kirkwood hwy is way better the staff is nice and the bread is softer and they give you more meat and toppings. This was my first time at the mall location and staff was rude and my bread was hard and my sandwich was dry I will never be back.
Somehow every time I come to this store (3+ occasions in the last few months), there always seems to be an issue on why I can’t be served. Today’s issue was a lack of bread, last time December 21, 2024; the grill was off an hour early before the store closed, November 23rd same issue. There needs to be some form of accountability.
Amada and Leah went over and beyond. Love the service was willing to make it perfect just the way I wanted. Second time in and the service still amazing!
