Unfortunately, this meal was quite disappointing, especially considering the price. I paid extra for gluten-free bread, but it arrived hard and unpleasant to eat. The sandwich itself was mostly lettuce with only a small amount of meat, which made it feel pretty underwhelming. 🥪🥬 I expected much better quality for what I paid. Hopefully they can improve the gluten-free bread and be a little more generous with the filling in the future.
I had an occasion to order Philly Steak sandwich on line and there were couple add on veggies that I need medically missing on it. Angelina the assistant manager not only apologized for this mistake, she made a brand new sandwich with all the add ons that I need medically. I did not call the store to get a free sandwich or anything, but she went out of her way to really make me a happy camper. Thank you Angelina for your professionalism and your efforts to make the bad situation better. Hope the upper management would recogn... read more
