Ronnie and Keenan are the greatest customer -first oriented employees I’ve ever come encounter with in the food industry. 10/10 highly recommend!!!
Person at counter was extremely rude. We walked up to the counter to look at the menu and he asked are you going to order something? We said yes. He said you need to go to the order area, that's why the sign is there. So unnecessarily rude.
I do love this place. That big Kahuna is made fresh... thry don't just reach down and grab some precooked meat. Thry prepare it on a flat top and it sllllaaaappppsss. I used to come here when the buy one get one coupons would come around. Now because of Kenan I'm coming for the atmosphere and service along with the food. Really had a great experience. They gave me a cup while I wait... which is honestly genius customer service. When I got to my destination, there was also a cookie!!!!
The workers here are seriously so nice and create a fun uplifting atmosphere! They make you feel so welcomed. They gave me a free cookie for a long wait, when I really wasn’t waiting that long! I would 100% come back here again!
We visited on September 8th around 3:30 PM and had the pleasure of being helped by John. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive—truly going above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable. His positive attitude and knowledge make him a huge asset to this establishment. It’s rare to come across someone who leaves such a lasting impression, but John absolutely did. I hope the management recognizes what a valuable team member they have in him!
