I was in town visiting my sister and wanted to "try" Jersey Mikes. My complaint is the server name Gage(according to my receipt) never stopped laughing and talking to the other workers. I stood there about 2 minutes before someone asked if I "wanted something ". She continued to talk and laugh with her colleagues, only stopping to ask what kind of bread...etc I wanted. OMG! FIRST TIME HERE AND I WAS IMPRESSED! I WAS HELPED WITH THE APP, MY ORDER, I WAS GREETED, I WAS THANKED, I WAS APPRECIATED! THE 2 GUYS WHO HELPED ME SATURDAY JANUARY 31ST AROUND 11AM WERE AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME FEEL VALUED AND CARED FOR! IT MEANS ALOT TO ME BECAUSE ITS RARE TO COME ACROSS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Anthony and Kyle were awesome.They gave us great service.It was my first time eating at Jersey Mike's so they gave a rookie , a cookie, and they're very kind. Making sure our experience was seamless.
Amazing service from Brenda. The food was amazing and very very well made. This is by far the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to, and I will be returning frequently!
