Great experience at Jersey Mike's! The sandwiches are always fresh, made exactly how I like them, and packed with quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kept the restaurant clean and welcoming. I especially love how they slice the meat and cheese right in front of you—it makes everything taste fresh. The portions are generous, and the service is consistently excellent. Definitely one of my favorite sandwich spots. Highly recommend!
Unfortunately they won't listen to instructions as great if you have a disability. I had asked them to take out the peppers so I could feed some of the steak to my service dog, yet several times in a row, same worker, did not accommodate my request. I recommend the one in Folsom, they are always kind and gentle.
They are kinda rude and disrespectful.
It took a little bit longer but not much. There was one guy doing online ordering, making sandwiches, taking care of walk ins, working the grill expiditing anr ring up. I can't remember his name but he was totally rocking it. This man who's name i wish I could remember. Was great. He was composed and just hustled and got the work done with a smile. He has a star wars themed tattoo on his left arm. He should be running his own franchise. Order #10-002736-99-028174
