when we walked in we weren’t really greeted all too well, all of the workers seemed like it was their first day on the job, the rim of the trash can needed to be wiped down, the glass on the door was dirty, tables needed to be wiped down, there wasn’t really a point of urgency in any of their steps, they didn’t really greet anyone when they walked in, and the over all mood was sluggish… in all i do believe they needed a little more enthusiasm considering the fact that they talked to every single customer with a straight face... read more
Pay A LOT for "extra cheese" or "extra meat". They pay zilch attention, or they just choose not to give what you ordered and keep your money. Find another location......Cumming definitely isn't like this one!
I picked up a last minute large order for my work on Saturday and the customer service was amazing! I really appreciate how accommodating , polite and helpful the staff was!
Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had. I just left there. It was super busy, but the staff was on top of everything, an attentive to every customer. Whoever owns this place definitely hired some of the best people i've seen in a long time. Cannot recommend this place more.
