This store is SO incredible. I’ve called to verify their process whenever they get a gluten-free sandwich online order, they treat it as if it’s for an allergy (instead of a preference). They wipe down all surfaces and touch points, the slicer, wash hands, change gloves, use a dedicated GF knife. They get their ingredients from the back for that sandwich. Always clean Great customer service Employees look and dress appropriately and has manners
Been going to Jersey Mike’s for at least 10 years never have a problem except for this one. In the past six months, I’ve been to this location four times where the employee would make a sandwich use register to ring up another patron and then return to making sandwiches without changing gloves or washing hands. I’ve complained on the app and get no response whatsoever. My next call is going to be to the health department because I’ve exhausted all of their options and from reading the reviews it’s a common occurrence.
