This location has gone down hill and I’m done. They add whatever they want to the order instead of contacting me when items are out of stock and the best part is they never answer their phone and literally picked it up twice and hung up on me instead of answering. It’s absurd and Jersey mikes will never get my money again!
Really impressive staff who greets you and goes out of their way to provide a great customer service! shoutout to the workers who are super friendly and kind.
My uber eats order was incorrect so one of the workers there fixed it, had it delivered by one of the other store employees to my apartment along with an additional sandwich. They went above and beyond. Best jersey mikes in Chicago.
Ordered my sub and didn't even get the chance to customize how i would want it. Just went to the back and made it workout giving me the option to add anything. Didn't get any sauce or extra toppings i wanted to order
