I used the app to make an online order; I’ve always used it to order from the 59th ave and 101 store with no issues. This time I tried this location and I should’ve paid attention to the reviews regarding the online ordering. I ordered #9 Mike’s way and noted in the special instructions “ Extra Mike’s Way”; when I got home the sandwiches where very dry nearly any sauce or anything in them; the meat portion was good but again very dry sub. Went here last Saturday before a movie. I'm not sure why this place is rated so low but I got got GREAT service with plenty of time to spare. Service was quick and efficient. Place was clean and the staff was staying busy the entire time we were inside.
This used to be the only decent remaining sandwich chain. But greed and private equity ruin everything. I will no longer spend a cent at Jersey Mike's in protest of the higher prices and declining quality. You made a very bad decision, and actions have consequences
5 stars because Gigi/GG is always on top of things! Truly awesome! She is an amazing example of quality customer service while providing quality products!
