I asked for fresh Lettuce and she said they didn't have any. Yes the Lettuce was fresh today.
Well it used to be good. Someone is pinching and squishing the bread; it is disgusting. And the cookies were stuck together not edible. See the photos. It's gross. I can see why it's going downhill when I called on the phone they didn't say anything while handing the phone to two other people. I will not order again. Manager did not apologize either just offered refund. It's like they don't speak English well or just don't care. Never again.
DO NOT EAT AT NEW CARROLLTON LOCATION!!! Food is good but service is horrible! I had an issue with the short old Spanish lady there. She refuses to take my orders over the phone! I used to come in there 3-4 times a week so I’m not sure what the woman’s problem is. I’ve never had any issues with any of the workers there so this is a really strange case for me.
