Private equity strikes again! Been going here for a few months and no problems. The last 2 times were mobile order, don’t bother; you get a sandwich faster standing in line. We can’t prove it but it seems about 20% smaller and we searched that others have reported the same. Soon it’ll be just like subway. How sad, I really enjoyed this shop but I won’t be bringing my business back.
Edit: It's hard to stay away, they are really good sandwiches. The manager needs help. There is a great chance to make this a 5 star store, but the employees just dont meet the cut. The line is always bad, the online orders backed up for 40 minutes, it's crazy. I could make this store run better using only one sandwich line, and they use both! Watching for just a few minutes it's apparent the manager is quiet and not making himself known. It also smells bad like old cleaner. These are all simple fixes with the right manager.... read more
How can a sandwich place decide to only serve provolone as their only cheese option? Really strange how these guys could be successful.
Sadly this location is the worst I have ever been to. Annoying when it’s your local one. Dirty, orders always wrong and they cheat on the portions.
