Not friendly. I walked in and asked for my order. I gave them the name. The girl behind the counter is like huh? I said the name again. She repeats a different name back to me. I gave the name a third time. The girl is still like huh? They said maybe you ordered at a different store. Finally I give the name of fourth time. The guy goes oh here it is. Meanwhile, the girl is still ignoring me and the guy humorously defends her incompetence.
My first visit to a Jersey Mike's was a smashing success. Food was seriously yummy, but the best part, for me, was the staff. All of them were attentive and very quick. For me, the star of the show was the GM Adrian Garcia. Smiling, engaging and a warm personality that I find extremely rare in the fast food industry. Thanks guys, I will be back to your store in Pacific Grove! Btw, I checked and I have one in my town so I will now give them a try.
I love this place so much. We were visiting from Kansas and went to this location and it was just as good! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
