I use jersey mikes a bunch and maintain over 650 points constantly. I have ordered via app from this place the last two times and both times orders were not correct. Today I walk in and order in person, staff belittling customers after they walk out. Example: old man in 80's ordered a Philly, he asked when received his sub if they cut it. The guy replied no sir and the old man walked out of shop. The female once he walked out said "when are people going to learn we dont cut our Phillies." I got a #9 and the roast beef was at the end. It looked like trash so I told them the girl that was making it never acknowledged me. So the other lady that was putting the condiments on asked what I said. I told her the same thing they just stood there looking at me. So I said just finish it up. I pay to much money for my food to get trash and not enough meat. Let's say I probably won't be coming here again. They both acted as if they had an attitude. I need for you all to do better!!!!!!

The service was a little chaotic, it appeared that some of the team members were very new or just perhaps and experience. However, the end result, the sandwich, was just great.
