Reviewing in hopes that the management will get the place together. I ordered online and showed up 30 minutes later, already knowing they take forever. My food hadn’t even been started yet, and wasn’t up next any time soon. Just asked for a refund. They’re sticking 3 employees, pushing them to their breaking point, with dozens of concurrent DoorDash orders during lunchtime to save $15, less than the cost of one sub, per hour. I have no idea what happened to this place… This place used to be great… I ordered a Hoagie here. I was supposed to pick it up at 12:27. I finally got it at 12:51. It was completely the wrong order… Nothing on it was correct. They used the wrong bread, wrong items in the order… There were four people working. Everyone was running around in circles, but no food was actually coming out. It was kind of impressive to see.
The food is always fresh and the staff her is polite and attentive, they double check to assure that the subs were made to our liking. It was lunch time but some how the maintained a clean restroom for the customers.
