I ordered on line. I arrived early, which the employee promptly pointed out. It would have been easy to point out about how much longer. We were in our car right outside, facing the front door. An order was placed on the pick-up shelf. I didn't notice it right away. They could have motioned to us. wouldn't have been a big deal. There was not another soul in the place. Sub was horrible! Asked for extra pickles and got 4 pickles. They put the wet pickles full of juice directly on the bread then covered the pickles with sooo much mayo you couldn't even see the pickles! Who eats that much mayo? Got juice on the side so my bread would not be soggy, but all the mayo made it super soggy and disgusting!! For the price it costs for one of these subs you need people working who actually give a crap. Do better jersey Mike's!!

Did an online order and came by to pick it up. I waited 10 minutes just to see that my online order has been sitting behind the counter and not on the pick up stand. No apologies from them. All employees were focused on their jobs and did not acknowledge customers walking in. Food here is usually good but the customer service and online ordering needs work. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait in store.
