Well I remember when this place was top notch, I just came from this jersey Mike's and the food was not bad. Good ingredients so it's hard to make it bad. I was more worried about how the place looked and how some of the workers were acting. It seemed like one of the young men was high and thought he was being funny, but it seemed more unprofessional. I had an absolutely infuriating experience at this location. After ordering one sandwich and one wrap, I was told it would be just five minutes. Instead, I waited over 40 minutes. Other customers who arrived after me ordered big sandwiches, ate, and finished, all before I got mine. Once the sandwich was finally ready, they never called my name—I had to go up there three times, and on the fourth trip, I finally saw it sitting there.
