First time here today 06/30/2025 customer service from the three men that were working this night 10/10! Very nice & the sandwich sooooooooo good very fresh will be back maybe Tomoroow lol!!
Lately Jersey Mikes thinks it's ok to serve brown lettuce on everything. Recommendation if the lettuce is brown just don't offer it!!
Wow what can I say, it was one of the worst experienced ever. The guy that was doing my sandwiches was super super rude, and the very beginning he offered me something that I didn't understand and when I asked him once again he got an additud like if it bothered him that I asked him 2 times. Then when I started to tell him what I wanted on the sandwiches he was annoyed and wanted to rush me along. I asked him to let another associate, do my lunch. But he didn't want to. I usually love jersey mikes but I would not recommend going if you have an allergy and they are even a little busy… I just went to get lunch and they refused me service. I let them know when I order I have a severe dairy allergy and ask if they can clean the machine before making my sandwich. They use the same machine to cut all the meats and the cheese. This has not been an issue in the past but the female employee started to make my sandwich without cleaning it and when I asked again she refused to clean the machine. The m... read more
