Jersey Mike’s is great. Just not this location. The 30 dollar subs bread was so squishy it was as if it was dunked in water making it inedible. Avoid this store.
They absolutely refuse to add toppings to my grilled sandwiches… first time I got one, they just wrapped it up after grilling…. I said I wanted addtl toppings and was told I should have said that in advance…. Go today and tell them I wanted to add to my grilled chicken…. Girl said, yea you can at the end when we bring it down….. she lied, also wrong bred for a $22 sandwich. Incompetence at the highest level. 18 people working and they still can’t get it right…. First time here today 06/30/2025 customer service from the three men that were working this night 10/10! Very nice & the sandwich sooooooooo good very fresh will be back maybe Tomoroow lol!!
Lately Jersey Mikes thinks it's ok to serve brown lettuce on everything. Recommendation if the lettuce is brown just don't offer it!!
