It hurts my heart to even have to say and express this review because it could've and should've been a resolved matter with the standard Jersey Mike's standards but it wasn't and in such an unprofessional and passive way. First let me say I'm not just a customer with a bad experience but a previous Assistant Manager at my hometown location with a bad experience.
