Asked for no tomatoes. He put tomatoes so I asked for no tomatoes again. He said, "I didn't hear 'no tomatoes'" and then just actively put more tomatoes...out of spite I guess who knows. Terrible service
I bought a gift card. Used it in the app to pay and then the next time I tried to use it in the app it said it doesn't store the gift card. Reached out to costumer service to point out it did not show that until I went to use it again. Their response was sorry, "have a nice day". Don't they will get any more of my business.
I ordered a salad it had very little bacon, old tasting croutons, very sorry salad. The restaurant has no consistency. You never know what you’re going to get. Every time it’s something different.
Jacob provided great service at Jersey Mike's. The experience was excellent from start to finish, and the service stood out for being friendly, efficient, and professional.
I appreciate the Manager and Staff at this location. Ms. Trina is amazing hands down, any issues Ms. Trina will address them immediately. The Customers experience matters at this location. I would recommend this location over any Jersey Mike's in Georgia. #JerseyMikes
