Im so unhappy. I asked "can I have a cheesesteak #16 I think" $23 and at home I find out it's chicken and it sucks. Ibwanted steak so bad but apparently 16 is chicken. Man I cant afford this sandwich often what a bummer. 5 starts from my bad but geez are you sure you want chicken sir?
Good sandwiches when they're made correct. 2nd time order being wrong. This time, ordered a mini and a regular and got 2 minis. Wasting my money & Whats the point of putting the seal stickers if I need to break them to check if you made the order right in the first place. I also paid extra avocado on the bigger sandwich. Whoever was cutting the deli slices today 5/31/26 around 1pm, a woman, was so disrespectful. My mother asked if they still serve the spicy Italian/ or hot Italian which was recently discontinued. She said “this isn’t subway lady”. I heard that and was gonna just walk out but whatever. I’m not gonna fuss in front of other customers but what the heck was that.. Whoever that lady was needs to be retrained.
went here a few days ago after work was pretty exhausted honestly and wanted to grab something to eat, what I saw wasn’t acceptable at ALL. I used to manage a store as a ASM and the treatment I saw toward a employee who looked fairly new was appalling she looked around the age 18 and these older women seemed to be disregarding her questions for help which was so disheartening to see as a company there should be FAMILY not bias and unhelpful employees training new hires simply casting aside a new hire due to age is unacceptab... read more
What's crazy is , you sell $20 sandwiches and can't take fifty dollar bills. If I ever go back to this place I'll pay you in nickels.
