Stood there for 5 minutes. Staff never acknowledged me or took my order. Never going back. At least say be right with you.

I went today and had a #7 which is a Turkey and Provolone on Rosemary Parmesan. I had it Mike’s Way with the “juice” which makes it delicious. I added mayo and cpr which is cherry pepper relish. It gives it a little kick and makes it tastes even better. This was the time I tried the relish and I love it. I received great service and the location was clean and pleasant. Thank you Jersey Mike’s I will be back again soon.

Update: Management never responded to my email which they requested for me to reach out . I placed the order at 12:17 PM and received an email confirming that it would be ready at 12:32 PM. No big deal. It’s now 12:37 PM, and I’m 5 minutes past the “curbside” drop-off time. I called the store, and the employee, Esmeralda, answered. She said, “You placed the order too early and arrived too early. I’ll be out in a bit; it’s rush hour.” Before I could say anything else, she hung up the phone.
