Ask for a full sub, ham and turkey. Didn't ask for cheese, but the guy already put it on it and only did what I would consider a half sub. Go to the veggie, part lady barely speaks/ understands English. I ask for a "little" amount of onion, she puts a whole handful on. I asked for the Jersey Mike's oil and she didn't know what I was talking about, another guy had to come over and help out. All this mess was $13.05 🤬🤦
I didn’t actually get any anything here… but it’s a jersey mikes and I’m guessing it’s about the same as any other location. The reason I’m writing is cuz I sat in front of this store for the duration of my layover, 3 hours. And the guys who work here are superstars. During the entire time I sat here, these guys had absolutely no break. Danai and Elizabeth delivered exceptional customer service at the busy Orlando, Florida airport during the lunchtime rush. Despite the long line of customers, they greeted everyone with warm smiles and a genuinely friendly attitude. Their positive energy stood out and made the experience so much more pleasant. I truly believe they deserve recognition from management for their outstanding service.
Not very put together. One person asked for my order the next person put it on the wrong bread. Then moved the sandwich to new bread. Got my drink, Starry, syrup was out on the drink. Took it back up there, they didnt want to change it out I guess. Told me “no”. Also didn’t cut my sandwich in half. Poor experience. Used to be my go to at the Orlando airport. Not so much now
