I am so ELATED to know that there is a NEW JM location opened on 22039 Valley blvd, where customers are not forced into this establishment. This location is horrid. I can understand not loving your job while making $15/hr, and that is very obvious when you enter this store. Employees rarely smile, greet customers, or even acknowledge your presence while standing directly in front of them. Ordered a sandwich that included bacon did not want bacon asked to replace with pepperoni. Extra charge was $2.95 but no credit for NO BACON. WHY!! Better deli's in town getting my next order.
Ordered a Philly steak sandwich they’re most famous. It wasn’t what I expected. The portion of meat was very little and all bread.
