I visited this location on 7/2 @ 5:00pm I’ve never had Jersey mikes before and man the staff here is beyond professional, the two guys working here made me a customer for life. Specifically this location these two guys deserved recognition that’s the main reason for this review! I didn’t catch their names but if management sees this please recognize their efforts and assistance! UPDATE: 6-30-25 thought we would give this location another try. BUT SHAME ON THE OWNER. Still hardly any meat, I’m not paying this price for lettuce, onions,oil and vinegar. Just crazy I just paid $38.86 for 2 roast beef subs, there’s hardly any roast beef on these subs. Definitely won’t be coming back here.
The owner and her family are amazing. They are always friendly and professional. They have corporate giving them awards about their breads. This location definitely does it right!!
Just a warning: If you order a #7, you might get only turkey and provolone on it with nothing else. My son ordered the #7 (the first of 3 sandwiches) and the sandwich maker put only turkey and provolone on bread and wrapped it up. This isn't our first visit to Jersey Mike's and typically the sandwich-maker will ask, "Do you want it Mike's Way?" He failed to ask that question. Pretty darn good sandwiches. The employees could be better trained and more polite, but customer service is gone today.
