I ordered online at 6:45 and was told the order would be ready at 7:06. My bf got there at 7:10 to pick it up and they were just starting the order! He said they were not busy....it was 30 mins later by the time he walked out with the subs. What's the whole point of ordering ahead of time if they're not going to make it until you get there?? On Monday, July 21, my wife came to this location and purchased several subs for my family. We were on our way to the airport to take our family vacation and wanted to go grab a bite to eat so that we didn’t have to pay the crazy prices that they charge within the airport. Accidentally the location put bacon on my turkey sandwich. I do not eat pork. My wire immediately called the location and informed them of the mishap. Lettuce completely brown, asked for new lettuce for my salad was ignored. I will not be going to this location again. Also asked for a drink for myself. I paid for never got a cup. Just disappointed overall in the service yesterday and the girl behind the counter.Needs to cut her fingernails, they're disgusting
First time going to Jersey Mike, food was good, service was excellent, but the 2 sandwiches (16 & 17) to go were both number 16. Wrong, fortunately no allergies.
