I love this Jersey Mike’s location! It’s closest to my house, service is typically top-notch, the staff is always informing me of a daily specials and reminds me to put in my phone number for points! The establishment is usually very up to par with the cleanliness including their restroom facilities. Even on the busiest days, it is fast service given all sandwiches are made fresh to order. This place used to be very good, A good sandwich at a fair deal! NOT ANY MORE!! Something has changed! Employees are looking over their shoulders, Being Watched!! I understand inflation! But recently they give Less Meat, less Tomatoes, More Lettuce, and less of all other add ons at an Inflated Price! I don't think shrinkflation has taken hold in the sandwich industry. Their sandwiches are good and expensive. They are probably 1/3 less wide bread than they were 20 plus years ago. I want the old 4 inch wide by 16 inch long sandwiches. No the slim ones of today. That goes for all franchise branded subs, grinders, hoagies, etc.
Not the best lunch meats anymore. Did you guys change vendors? I always get turkey so if you, know you know. The taste is not the same, FULL of sodium. I have never eaten in there. But, the customer service is great
