I love Jersey Mike's and I think this chain is the very best but this Mint Hill location is questionable. It was extremely difficult to place an order to go. These girls seemed to be trying to start an argument for no reason and the atmosphere was tense from the get go. Management needs to get a handle on this attitude thing. I love this Jersey Mike’s location! It’s closest to my house, service is typically top-notch, the staff is always informing me of a daily specials and reminds me to put in my phone number for points! The establishment is usually very up to par with the cleanliness including their restroom facilities. Even on the busiest days, it is fast service given all sandwiches are made fresh to order.
