The jersey mikes in mint hill is amazing. Been going there for many years and the service is consistently great. As of late there’s a new employee there named Ellis. Very respectful and friendly. I’d say he makes the best subs there out of any other employee who’s ever made me one. Highly recommended.
I went around lunch time and had to wait awhile for my sandwich to be made, but it was worth the wait. I had the #65 (hot portabella mushrooms, peppers, onions, white American cheese) regular size on wheat. Back on March 20th 2026 for number 7 mini on wheat. Sandwich is good as usual! Just wanted to say that the staff is super friendly and nice!
This young man named Ellis gave me amazing service and my sub tasted phenomenal! He was very kind and respectful and made me feel welcome! 10/10 would recommend. 👍👍👍
