The staff was courteous and professional. I have a great experience every time I eat here. Excellent service
I came into the restaurant at 12:12 and there weee two seniors have lunch which made me the ONLY one in line I stood in waiting for someone to acknowledge me and submit my order I stood there (there were 4 associates working and didn’t acknowledge me ) for 2:13 I stood while Brianna wiped down the counter before she said “hi sir, may I take your order?” I hesitated to see if she would at least apologize for making me stand for so long She took my order which was NOT difficult but specific Needless to say my order was NOT cor... read more
The staff here are very rude and disrespectful. I asked a simple question and was ignored. When I ask again he rudely told me to speak up. He then started talking about me to his co-workers saying he hates females like me. I simply just wanted to order my food and leave. He then kept staring at me while waiting for my food. I don’t know who hurt him but he should have a remote job instead of working with the public. There was no need for that at all.
Mountain Island/Smith Farm Lane: I gave (4) 🌟 because Safe Food Handling is Very important to me. If you are running the cash register, you should not come in contact with the food. The register and duties is Nasty and then that person is expected to cut and wrap the sandwiches. The ladies bathroom had NO SOAP.
