Went in for a late lunch today, 3ish and got the #17 Philly. Grill guy nailed it. Go Birds!
This location is one of my favorite jersey Mike locations. Customer service has always been great.
I was having the worst day imaginable and stopped for lunch. I think the guys working could tell I had a rough day and were so kind to me I couldn’t hold back my tears. Thank you so much.
I understand it was the lunch rush, but it had been 20 minutes since I placed my online order, and I still hadn’t received it. I could see my order sitting there, but I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. No eye contact, no acknowledgment. I ended up waiting in the same line as walk-in customers just to talk to someone. When I finally got to the counter and mentioned that I had placed my order 20 minutes earlier, just in case it had been missed, the employee I spoke with was unnecessarily rude.
