Came in near closing time tonight, the staff was still very respectful and everything was awesome
I'm from New Jersey and have been to Jersey Mikes thousands of times. Even when the line was long, I would be moved through the line quickly and efficiently in 10 minutes or less. At this location, I was standing there waiting with no other customers inside and when a woman came inside to pickup her order, they treated her horribly. The line staff was great - but do not order a hot sub, this is what I was presented… not cut and sloppily assembled.
Ordered my sub on the app. Had to wait in line. Then when I got to the register the guy acted like I wasn't standing there. Just completely clueless. The place was busy but sat there just watching 3 others frantically making other people's meals. Would not go again. Terrible service.
