I visited Jersey Mike’s today, and unfortunately, my experience has ensured I will not be returning to this location. Upon arrival, the lobby was full of customers waiting, yet the staff made no effort to acknowledge anyone coming in or out. Instead, they were laughing, playing around, and completely disengaged from the customers. As we all know, customers are the foundation of any business, and how they are treated leaves a lasting impression. Worst Jersey Mikes Sub EVER! I walked in to see staff members were sitting around doing nothing. No one even acknowledged my presence. No employees working behind the counter, despite the fact the manager walked in before me, even he did nothing but walk in the back to goof off so I turned around and left.
There is a young man name Ty that work here he the greatest….. he very talented and have great customer service tonight my family and I went to this location and there was at least 6 other people in there. He greeted everyone and took everyone order.:. He remembered everything for every customer and didn’t miss a beat…. Need more young men like him. He had 2 other workers in The back who only came out to answer the phone… just know having him is great for the company…. Thanks Ty…
Great service
I have very specific dietary needs. I'm a pescatarian and I eat gluten-free bread instead of regular bread. My order was handled with care. The young lady who initiated my sandwich made sure to tell the guy charged with adding the condiments and toppings, to change his gloves from all the pork and turkey that he was handling. The place was kept clean and the veggies were fresh. My only complaint is the pricing. I can understand there being an upcharge for gluten-free bread, but for cheese too???
