Hi there, I am a regular at Jersey Mikes. I love my number 13 and also number 10, if the tuna is dry enough. lol. But, the staff and service is what I love the most. They are SO nice and friendly. Even the supervisor Allison is super nice, even though she has more weight on her shoulders with running the store. My favorite is Milly. She is such a very nice person. I wish my heart was half as big as hers. I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike stores all overthe country, and this store is my all time favorite.
To Allison & Milly at Jersey Mike's in Florida... you ABSOLUTELY ROCK!! I was in Kissimmee on vacation when me & my niece decided to stop on a whim. We literally had only been in Florida one hour. Anyway these two ladies made me feel soooo welcome and just overall their customer several was TOP TEIR!! They were friendly & engaging in good conversation.. I love that about people..
Our pick up order accuracy is consistently 100% accurate and is available at the prescribed time. During hectic times of the day there may be a wait of up to 3 to 5 minutes, which is perfectly acceptable in my view, given the location caters to tourist and locals. The staff at this location is excellent. Every shift treats us with courtesy and with appreciation for our business. We visit this location regularly and have never had a negative experience.
Came in to pick up my order, gave the name, said it wasn’t ready. Gentleman puts my bag to the side. I’m sitting there waiting for my order. Check the bag and it’s my order. It wasn’t busy at all. L communication L experience. What is wrong with yall
