Go to rea rd or ballantyne its ALWAYS PERFECT... had to get a refund and drive to stone crest where I was greeted with a smile and how's your day going not... what can I get you.. 1st photo Johnston 2nd photo stonecrest.... which looks correct. Constant poor service... when you politely ask for extra lettuce, tomatoe and onion and thank them for helping me today... I open my sandwhich to this and when called I was told no gm on staff and she was the assistant gm who made this.... staff clearly do not care about anything........ read more
Just because I ordered no onions or peppers does not mean I want TRIPLE mushrooms!!! Why? Ruined the whole mushrooms sub that was supposed to be chicken.
This is not a place I would recommend going for a quick bite, lunch is usually very busy because they deliver delicious consistent sandwiches. Even though they are always busy, I've always found the staff to be patient and professional. Keep doing what you're doing, those fantastic sandwiches sure do hit the spot, as long as I'm not in a rush! 3/12/25 update: Still friendly and still delicious. We came in earlier than usual today, and super pleasantly there was no line. In and out. Awesome!
