Go to rea rd or ballantyne its ALWAYS PERFECT... had to get a refund and drive to stone crest where I was greeted with a smile and how's your day going not... what can I get you.. 1st photo Johnston 2nd photo stonecrest.... which looks correct. Constant poor service... when you politely ask for extra lettuce, tomatoe and onion and thank them for helping me today... Just because I ordered no onions or peppers does not mean I want TRIPLE mushrooms!!! Why? Ruined the whole mushrooms sub that was supposed to be chicken.
This is not a place I would recommend going for a quick bite, lunch is usually very busy because they deliver delicious consistent sandwiches. Even though they are always busy, I've always found the staff to be patient and professional. Keep doing what you're doing, those fantastic sandwiches sure do hit the spot, as long as I'm not in a rush! 3/12/25 update: Still friendly and still delicious. We came in earlier than usual today, and super pleasantly there was no line. In and out. Awesome!
Been here a few times, I ordered a double meat and extra cheese sandwich online, when I got home my sandwich was only a regular portion. I was overcharged by almost $9.
This is my go-to Jersey Mikes in Charlotte. Went there again today. The employees are always friendly and the food is always fresh. Great staff, great food, always on time. I get take out and go in to order sometimes and it is a great experience either way.
