I’m changing my review to one star because I ordered on the app was told my order would be ready by 3:25 I get there it isn’t ready which is fine I understand it can get a little busy well the guy makes a couple of orders and gives a girl who was also waiting her food and the starts cleaning and checking other tickets and prepping bags and about 10 minutes go by and I asked how much longer for my order he looks for it and he had sat it on the shelf and started laughing saying oh I put it up here… well it wasn’t really funny…... read more
Online order. Arrive 12 minutes later and they have no knowledge of the order. 2 customers inside ordering. They check the ticket counter and four online orders were not noticed for over 15 minutes. They begin the orders. Still took another 30 minutes to complete one chicken Philly. 45 minutes total for one sandwich. Employees on a Sunday, May 5, 2026 at 12:38 pm. Extremely poor service. Ordered a #2 Got 1 slice of ham and 3 slices of cappacuolo on a sub and was told its an extra charge for any more. Poor management.
I am not sure if it is Jersey Mike's in general but it just doesn't seem to be as good as it once was. I had a number 13 and the girl pulled out a pre-sliced bundle of meat and cheese, reminded me of the old Subway days. Seemed odd but I didn't question it. She seemed annoyed when I asked for extra cheese. The young man doing the toppings was super nice and very personable. My sandwich was meh... it had no taste.. it tasted like bologna.
