I went in today, looking to buy a cheesesteak when I got in I saw multiple people in line and was concerned that my wait might be too long, but I was pleasantly surprised to see three young ladies working very very effectively together and they were doing all of this with a smile and being pleasant to every customer that came in their doors ….Liz, Amara and Alaina we’re phenomenal. i want to give a huge shoutout to the women working here (july 1st, around 7pm). for some reason, every customer in this store was rude as hell. everyone had a problem with the service, and i have no idea why. they were friendly, doing their job (fast and correctly i should add) and everything was fine. one customer was being extremely demanding, threatening to call corporate, making the employees visibly upset. there was no reason for it. i just wanted to leave a little thank you note, hopefully one of the employees will se... read more
Found metal shards in my sandwich. Sloppy sandwich. Sandwich so soggy that it fell apart. Attitudes were unnecessary..
I have nothing but great things to say about this Jersey Mike’s location they went out of their way to offer me the best customer support and service even though it was time for them to close they still greeted me with a smile and made my sub with a smile I am grateful For the wonderful service I received from Alisha, Devin and Liz they are all amazing!
