Came to pick up a mobile order stood by counter waiting to be acknowledged for 15 min. I assumed it wasn’t ready and they were just busy. Another person comes in and starts waiting behind me and they are immediately acknowledged and told their order isn’t ready yet. I then interrupted to ask about mine and it had been sitting on the counter in the employee area. Not good service at all. Would also like to mention I am white and the workers were black, and the person that came in who got served immediately was black.
Exactly what I wanted, ready a few min before pickup. Reliable!
Hands down, the best sub shop town. And the staff is delightful!
BE WARNED: YOUR CAR MAY BE BOOTED IF YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES – EVEN BRIEFLY I had a deeply frustrating experience today that completely overshadowed what is usually a pleasant visit to Pet Supplies Plus, located in the same shopping center. While my dog was being groomed, I walked approximately 250 feet across the street to grab a coffee from Starbucks—gone for no more than 10 minutes. Just moved close to this location and I’ve had the BEST sandwiches three times in a row so felt compelled to write a review! It is a small inside, but just think of it as “cozy” :)
