The sub was out of the world - I had the Big Kahuna Chicken Though it took time it was totally worth waiting Would come back if I could
I have ordered online twice for convenience. I think it would be faster to wait in line. Both times I waited for at least 20 minutes. The second time I was a little late to pick up my order and still had to wait. I don’t think there is prioritization for online orders. 8 customers were helped while waiting for my order and I’m still waiting. I ordered 4 subs. Nothing special.
So, once again, our order was messed up. We really like Jersey Mike's, so it's difficult when we order and they get it wrong. We asked for a cheese steak sandwich and specified no peppers and onions to accommodate my allergies. The sandwich had a large number of peppers. Thankfully, my allergy is not severe enough to have caused major issues. Someone else may not have been so lucky.
Rude staff never going back!! (update) so I called no response! Obviously, this store and its management does not care about its customers. Keep up the good work… too many choices for lunch to deal with a rude staff and a non-existent customer service.
