The wrong bread was used for both sandwiches and apparently they don't have to inform you if they're out of a specific bread and they'll use whatever they want instead, and dont bother writing in the special requests as they dont even read them, asked for Mikes way and there's no oil and vinegar, none on the sandwich, none on the side, at this point I'm surprised we even got the right type of sandwiches. Extremely disappointed in both the quality of the food and the lack of ability to read in their workers.
Never been to Jersey Mike's, but they made my 9 year old, her buddy and me happy at this spot :). Everyone enjoyed there sammies to the point the kids asked me to leave a nice review
Id love the food...if my family doesn't get sick there everytime we ate from this location in Silverdale. Longterm lover of a good sandwich and this location until recently. Watching kids run gloved hands through there own hair and getting back prepping your food was becoming a bother. Let me know when you've all changed the team. I might be back
I had one person in front of me and it took over 10 minutes. The caucasian man with scruffy beard cutting meat has no Customer Service and is very rude … my company will never eat at this establishment again as long as he is working there… The rest of the employees seemed like they were nice and hard working .
