I love jersey mikes but the location obviously needs some work. The customer service here is sub-par to say the least. The man at the grill took my order and was extremely rude. He did acknowledge me or answer my questions just wrote things down. The lady at the register was not nice at all. No one here seemed to care about their customers. I hope this is fixed; however, I won’t be back.
The guy named Austin with several tattoos was extremely rude and was a real jerk! He shouldn't be working in the food industry having an attitude like that. I hope the owner or manager addresses this.
Kiara is very rude. To certain customers has she was nice to the people behind me.
