I'll never go to another jersey mikes again. This is by far the most dysfunctional establishment I've ever been to. I went in for the first time and didnt know where to order. I walked up to the register and the guy took my order and then told me next time I have to order at the person cutting meat. I sit down and and wait 15min to find out they lost my ticket. I wanted a refund but they would have to call their GM. I ended up walking out. .
Plenty seating. Helpful staff and the food is the bomb
We ordered two subs from Jersey Mike’s. My wife drives through Friday traffic at 6:30pm to pick them up. She’s basically in the parking lot when I get a call from a guy who sounds like, “Duhhh uhhh… we ran out of bread.” A sub shop. Out of bread. Delivered with the enthusiasm of someone announcing the weather. Then he asks if I want a bowl or a wrap, as if the word “sub” is just a suggestion. Service for any call in or online order is horrible. Witnessed an employee working behind the counter(in the kitchen area) wearing flip flops. There was a male employee who was working very hard and was extremely polite. The women employees on the other hand were giving ugly side eyes and paid no mind to any online or call ahead orders. First time ever having this place. Workers were very friendly and nice( except ours she seemed annoyed that we were there) we told her it was our first time and she just looked at us and said and I quote" whatcha want" ) we just ignored the attitude and ordered what we thought was a couple sandwiches. Got it to go, got home and realized they come with chips and pickles. That would had been good to know. But the sandwiches were fabulous! We will go back, just avoid her! Lol
