Subs so fresh, curbside pickup fast and easy!
Just saw a guy without works here get up from the table using a laptop and phone with his food handling gloves. He got up with the phone in his gloves hands, went behind the counter, hung up the phone, and started making sandwiches with the SAME GLOVES he had on while using a phone and laptop. I was so disgusted I left without ordering! Clean it up!
Pretty disgusting response and very unprofessional I might add to handle a customer complaint as such. Highly disappointed in the conduct. As I too have went in to get a sandwich multiple times and too have had the same girls with no hospitality show me the same service. Looks like this location needs some coaching of their younger staff. Even more so maybe additional training to the owner response.
