Big shout out to Ray and Sam for taking care of my wife and I. We had a few specific instructions for our sandwiches and they accommodated them no questions asked. Great team at this Jersey Mikes!
Had a horrible customer service experience today I go here often and usually be met with outstanding customer service today was off from the moment I walked was never greeted. A girl was taking my order kept rushing me saying "she has to get off to write a paper" and continue to yell she can't hear me when I wasn't even talking she wrote down my order did not ask what I wanted on it and clocked out. Update: Went in today they were a little busy and it still feels like a family reunion every time Update: Still amazing to this day love this place …. Today, I was in for lunch and got the best Philly I’ve had in a very long time. The crew was so friendly and seems to be having an awesome time working together.
